Avoid using luggage lockers at Prague stations, especially Nadrazi Holesovice and be wary when using luggage offices at other stations in Slovak and the Czech republic, because the very simple system is the same everywhere. My bag was stolen at Nadrazi Holesovice from the ordinary closed luggage locker and it wasn’t the only one on that day. Thieves listen for the code and break in when you are gone.

You can change money almost anywhere in Croatia. I found that the bank offering the best rate of exchange was the Dubrovacka Banka. Rijecka Banka was a close second, but Splitska Banka had the lowest exchange and, unlike the other two, charged a commission.
